It’s easy to forget, when we’re sitting in morning traffic and downing that first cup, everything that has to happen in order for us to even have that cup of coffee to sip upon whilst getting ready for our day. It starts on farms, thanks to dedicated and hard-working farmers who take great care in tending the coffee beans we so enjoy. We acquire only the best when it comes to high quality coffee beans, so we feel strongly about establishing positive business relations with the farmers we work with. Coffee is a luxury that we are in love with; therefore, we want to know that we are buying from the best organic coffee farms out there.

In accordance with our aims to provide excellent, organic coffee through strictly ethical means, we only purchase from farms that, we know for a fact, compensate women and men equally. Some of the farms we have worked with in the past employ minors; in these instances, we investigate the terms and compensation offered to these children, and only continue business if we feel the practices are fair, appropriate, and legal, and we require each farm provides some sort of education for the children. Environmental concerns also factor into the sources we purchase from, as environmental respect is high on our priority list. We want the best high quality coffee beans, but only when they’re obtained according to the most ethical standards.
